🔒 1–2 Hour Withdrawal Cooling Period for Sellers

When a seller receives funds from a completed P2P transaction, Binance could temporarily restrict withdrawal of those funds for 1–2 hours.

During this period, Binance could:
• Monitor suspicious transactions
• Check for active disputes or complaints
• Prevent immediate withdrawal of disputed funds
• Give buyers and Binance support time to react
• Reduce the risk of scammers moving funds away immediately

The cooling period could be risk-based, especially for new accounts, unusual activity, or high-value transactions.

This wouldn’t need to affect normal trading—just withdrawals of recently received P2P funds.

A short 1–2 hour security window could potentially save users from much larger losses.
