SanDisk is seeing a lot of insider sales lately. This is according to updates from analyst Marcos Milla on X. It was originally reported by Odaily.
A lot of the people at SanDisk have sold some of their stock:
* Thomas Caulfield, who is a Director sold the about $13.4 million in stock.
* Alper Ilkbahar, the Chief Technology Officer sold around $9.8 million.
* David Goeckeler, the Chief Executive Officer sold about $5.7 million.
* Luis Felipe Visoso, the Chief Financial Officer sold around $2.5 million.
Some other executives at SanDisk also sold a lot of stock which's a pretty big deal. It is not one person selling some stock it is a lot of the top management team.
The reason this is important is that executives sell stock all the time. They often do this for reasons like taxes or to diversify their investments.. When a lot of the top executives, at SanDisk sell their stock at the same time people who trade stock usually notice.
