🇵🇰 HTX and Binance enter the world's third largest crypto-nation!

The Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (PVARA) granted the NOCs to Binance and HTX after reviewing their governance, compliance systems, and risk controls.

These NOCs do not equate to full operational licenses; they are preliminary approvals that let the exchanges begin certain regulated formalities.

📌 What Binance & HTX Can Do with the NOCs
With the NOCs in hand, both exchanges are now permitted to:
✅ Register as reporting entities on Pakistan’s Financial Monitoring Unit’s goAML anti-money-laundering system.
✅ Engage with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to set up local subsidiary companies.
✅ Prepare and submit full Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license applications once regulations are finalized.
✅ Begin limited AML-registered services after completing goAML registration.
