What is Hyperstaking?
It’s Stake Abstraction smart contracts can now stake DUSK the same way regular wallets do. This opens the door for staking pools, automated services, and future liquid/referral products.

First major product: Sozu — delegated staking so you can earn rewards without running a node

That’s it for now. No fancy liquid tokens or complex yield loops in full production yet. Just clean, accessible staking that removes the technical barrier for regular holders. Why this approach is smart. Advanced features privacy layers, liquid staking tokens, referral systems need real liquidity and integrations first. By shipping the simple, load-bearing utility early, Dusk is making staking usable for more people today while builders continue working on the rest. Many protocols launch with flashy narratives and thin products.

Dusk is doing the opposite: solid base first, narrative later.If you’re a DUSK holder who doesn’t want to operate a node, the current Hyperstaking setup via Sozu is already practical. The “boring” version is often the one that lasts.
