If You Follow Bitcoin, Don't Look at Price Alone
One thing I've learned with $BTC:
The price chart tells you what happened.
On-chain data can sometimes help explain why it happened.

I usually keep an eye on 3 things:
1. Exchange balances
Are more BTC moving onto exchanges?
That can mean more coins are available to sell.
Are coins consistently leaving exchanges?
That can suggest holders are becoming less interested in keeping BTC immediately available for trading.
2. Realized profit/loss
If old holders are taking huge profits, that can create selling pressure even when price still looks strong.
3. Network activity
Are people actually using the Bitcoin network?
That's important because a rising price with completely dead network activity tells a different story from rising price + healthy network activity.

The trick is not to look at one metric.
Look for confirmation between several metrics.
That's where on-chain data becomes useful.
Not prediction.
Just better context.
