This is the kind of post I wish showed up more often 🙌 What jumps out is that retrying only when every tx reads nonce_too_high quietly assumes nothing else signs from that account, because once a second path does, a gap stops being something you can wait out. And the restart guarantee is only as strong as where the dedup state lives, since rebuilding it inside the process that just died buys at-least-once rather than exactly-once 👀
