Promotion A: New P2P Users Exclusive - Complete a Purchase Order to Receive 5 BUSD in Cashback
This activity is only open to new Binance P2P users who complete their first purchase on Binance P2P as takers during the activity period. Users who confirm their registration and complete a purchase order of at least 100 BUSD, will qualify for 5 BUSD in cashback. Rewards are based on a first-come, first-served basis, and a total of 400 users will be eligible for this reward.
Promotion B: All Users Activity - Buy Crypto on Binance P2P to Share 3,000 BUSD, Including an Asus ROG Phone 5s

Terms & Conditions:
- All users are required to confirm their registration and complete KYC by the end of the activity period to be eligible for rewards.
- The rewards for Promotion A and B are mutually exclusive. If a Binance P2P new user is qualified for rewards from both Promotion A and Promotion B, the user will receive rewards from Promotion B only.
- The promotion is exclusively for all takers in Southeast Asian countries who are purchasing the corresponding local currencies.
- Taker: When you place an order that trades immediately without going on the order book on p2p.binance.com, you are a taker. These trades are "taking" volume off the order book, and are therefore taker trades.
- Only purchase orders for BUSD will meet the user purchase requirement for Promotions A and B.
- Binance will use the average closing price at 11:59:59 PM (UTC) of the local currency to USD foreign exchange rate during the activity for the calculation of the user purchase requirement in Promotions A and B.
- For Promotion B, the winners will be selected via Award Selection Rules Based on Binance Chain Hash Value.
- Binance P2P will use $999.90 as the retail price for Asus ROG Phone 5s (12GB LPDDR5 RAM), as listed on Asus official website. The Asus ROG Phone 5s reward does not include taxes, fees, or shipping fees. Binance P2P supports replacing it with equivalent rewards in BUSD.
- Rewards will be distributed within three weeks after the promotion ends. You will be able to login and see your rewards via Wallets > Transaction History > Distribution.
- Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
- Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend any Activity or Activity Rules at its sole discretion.
