I made a fatal mistake: stubbornly trading at midnight, my mind exhausted and not fully alert. Then I got pulled into a continuous stream of orders. Losing one trade and then all-in to try to recover—losing again meant the order got bigger… The result: 125 million VND wiped out clean in just that night & the early hours.
The most expensive lesson:
Late night is the “#1 enemy” of traders. At that time, your ability to control emotions is almost zero—you’re very likely to get carried away by feelings and make stupid decisions.
I’m sharing it openly so the guys can learn from it and draw experience.
For me, “IF IT’S RIGHT—ACCEPT IT; IF IT’S WRONG—ARGUE NO MORE.”
