Fidelity Investments is preparing to apply for a Bitcoin ETF and submit an offer to acquire Grayscale.Rumor has it that Fidelity Investments is following in BlackRock's footsteps, allegedly preparing a spot Bitcoin ETF filing with the SEC. 
The financial titan is also reportedly eyeing a potential acquisition of Grayscale.
