Being immersed in nature is truly a wonderful experience, but I believe that beauty is only sustainable when each of us knows how to cherish it.
For me, whenever I travel or visit beautiful natural places like the one in the picture, I always remember these rules:
- Always prepare a small bag to carry personal trash (candy wrappers, water bottles, tissues). Don't leave anything, no matter how small, at the destination.
- Instead of buying plastic water bottles every time you travel, you can bring your own water bottle. This will reduce waste in the environment.
- Do not arbitrarily cut branches, pick flowers, or affect the lives of native species.

Qui, connettendoci con la terra, la natura e il nostro ambiente. Passeggiare lungo sentieri e fiumi, e creare un altare di pietra per connetterci e dare grazie.

Cerco di incorporare sempre più abitudini per prenderci cura di essa; per esempio, non butto carta o rifiuti negli spazi pubblici o per strada, e separo plastica e cartone nei contenitori per il riciclo che poi vengono inviati agli impianti di trattamento.

La terra è sacra; ci offre tutto ciò di cui abbiamo bisogno per viverci sopra. Ce n'è solo una, ed è per questo che dobbiamo averne cura.
