When I first started I thought it was simple: just pick a good model and use it. But the more I built, the more I realized that wasn't enough.

No model is great at everything. A model strong in reasoning isn't necessarily great at generating images. A model good at visuals doesn't always understand complex context. Using one model for everything means accepting weaknesses somewhere.

📌 Lezione 1 — Non cercare il modello "migliore":
Non esiste un modello che eccella in tutto. Invece di cercare un modello perfetto, informati su quale modello è adatto per cosa. Ragionamento, testo, immagini, video — ognuno ha un modello specifico.

📌 Lezione 2 — L'unione fa la forza:
La vera potenza viene dalla combinazione di più modelli all'interno dello stesso workflow. Nessun modello da solo è abbastanza potente, ma se combinati nel modo giusto, i risultati sono completamente diversi.

📌 Lezione 3 — Il comportamento è più importante della capacità:
Il modo in cui definisci il comportamento dell'agente — personalità, missione, limiti — determina se gli utenti torneranno o meno. Un agente ben configurato crea abitudini di utilizzo.

📌 Lezione 4 — La comunità è tutto:

📌 Lezione 5 — Costruisci e poi impara:
