Effective from 2023-06-02 at 00:00 (UTC), Binance Card will start charging foreign transaction fees and overseas ATM withdrawal fees on transactions outside of Europe. This is applicable to Binance Card users in Europe only.
Key Updates:
Foreign Transaction Fees | Binance Card will charge European users a 2% foreign transaction fee on all non-EUR transactions outside Europe. No foreign transaction fees will be charged as long as the transaction is completed within Europe, and this remains valid even if the transaction is not in EUR. |
Overseas ATM Withdrawal Fees | Binance Card will charge European users a 2% overseas ATM withdrawal fee for every ATM withdrawal outside of Europe. Please note that there will be no overseas ATM withdrawal fee charged if the ATM withdrawal takes place within Europe, regardless of the currency. |
Note: No foreign transaction or overseas ATM withdrawal fees will be charged in these countries (within Europe with non-EUR currency): Aruba, Bulgaria, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Hungary, Israel, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Sweden, Saint-Martin, Sint Maarten, and Turkey.
