The request covers 8,426 ETH and 74.56 million ARB frozen on Arbitrum One following a hot wallet exploit. The recovered assets would replenish the SAFU fund and reserves already used to advance compensation to users, without additional DAO funding. The governance and withdrawal process is expected to require at least 7 weeks.
