NEAR voted itself scarcer — and still got sold. That gap stopped me cold.
$NEAR is ~$3.86, down 4.2% (Finnhub, 16:01 UTC), above today's $3.744 low. Monday's HSP-029 vote passed with 99.9% support, cutting issuance 2.5% → 1.6% over 24 months — but it isn't live yet, and yields would drop 5.2% → 3.3%. $ZEC's NEAR Intents link didn't lift it either.
Leaning cautious: hold $3.744 and $4.03 is the reclaim; break it and $3.4030 is next. Is $3.744 your line for cheaper $NEAR , or $3.40?
