Most Binance bonus problems come from one of two places: a code box that was left empty at sign-up, or a welcome task whose small print was missed. Register with THEBESTCODE and the account gets a flat 20% off Spot trading fees for good, and it can still take part in the welcome bonus of up to $19,800 for eligible users. The fixes below cover what goes wrong before, during and after that first week.

New accounts hit the same handful of snags again and again. None of them are rare bugs, and almost all of them can be avoided in the two minutes it takes to fill in the registration form properly.
Why bother with the code at all?
A new user gets two separate things, and people often mix them up. Here they are in order of long-term value:
20% off Spot fees: The standard 0.100% per side becomes 0.080% on every Spot fill, with no end date and no volume cap.
Welcome bonus as an extra: The task-based program of up to $19,800 for eligible users is the same whichever code you use, so the fee cut comes on top rather than instead.
No activation step: Nothing to switch on later. If the code is on the form when you press Register, the lower fee follows the account.
One shot only: The code can be added at registration and nowhere else, which is why most of the problems below start right here.
How do you sign up so nothing breaks later?
Open the form from the link: The sign-up link above loads the Binance registration page with THEBESTCODE already filled in. In the app, tap Sign Up instead of Log In.
Enter an email or phone number you can reach now: A six-digit verification number arrives within a minute or so, and it expires quickly.
Open the code line before anything else: On some versions of the form the code field sits folded under a small arrow. Tap it and look at the box with your own eyes.
Check the spelling: THEBESTCODE in capitals, no space at the start or end. A stray space from copy and paste is enough to make the box reject it.
Press Register only after that check: Then set a password, confirm the verification number and move on to identity checks.

If the code is missing at step 5, stop. Going back is free; fixing it after the account exists is not possible.
What if the code box was empty when you registered?
This is the problem people write in about most, and the honest answer is short. Binance does not let you attach a code to an account after it has been created. Support can't add it either.
What you can still do depends on how far you got:
Registered but nothing else: No deposit, no verification, no trades. Some people open a fresh account with a different email and the code on the form. Check the current terms first, because Binance allows one account per person and identity verification can only be completed once.
Already verified: A second verified account is not allowed. Keep the account you have, and use the BNB fee option or volume tiers to bring your costs down instead.
Already trading for months: The welcome program is for new users, so this account is past it. Nothing is lost by checking the Rewards Hub, but don't expect new-user tasks to appear.
The lesson for anyone not signed up yet: paste THEBESTCODE and look at the box before pressing Register.
Why does the form reject the code?
When the code field turns red or the page says the code is invalid, the cause is nearly always one of these:
Extra characters: A space, a full stop or a line break copied with the code. Type it by hand if in doubt.
Lowercase letters: Some keyboards capitalise only the first letter. Retype it in capitals.
Two codes at once: If you opened the form from another link earlier, an old code can sit in the box. Clear the field fully, then enter the one you want.
Stale page: A form left open for an hour can time out. Reload it from the link and start again.
Where did the welcome bonus go?
New users often finish sign-up, look around, and see no bonus. That's normal. The welcome program isn't a lump sum dropped into the wallet. It is a set of tasks, each with its own deposit, trading volume, reward and time limit, and you only see them once the account qualifies.
Work through this checklist in order:
Identity verification: Most tasks appear only after the account is verified. An unverified account usually sees nothing at all.
Eligibility: The bonus is "up to $19,800 for eligible users", and eligibility depends on where you live and on the campaign terms. Not every new account qualifies for every tier.
Where to look: Tasks and rewards sit in the Rewards Hub, not in the Spot wallet. Rewards usually arrive as vouchers you have to claim or use there.
The clock: Each task counts days from registration or from the moment you accept it. Read the start date before you deposit anything.
For a closer reading of each clause, our guide on Binance welcome bonus terms and conditions walks through them line by line.

Why is a finished task still showing no reward?
Here's where most of the frustration sits. The task bar says complete, yet the reward doesn't show. These are the usual reasons, with what to check for each:
Net deposit, not gross: Tasks often measure deposits minus withdrawals. Deposit $500, withdraw $200 a day later, and the task may see only $300.
Wrong kind of volume: A Spot task counts Spot trades. Futures, Convert or P2P activity may not count toward it, and some campaigns leave out certain pairs. The task description names what qualifies.
Volume in the wrong window: Trades placed before you accepted the task, or after it expired, don't count, even if they were large.
Reward still processing: Some rewards are settled in batches, a few days after the task ends. Note the date the terms give and check back after it.
Voucher not claimed: A reward can sit in the Rewards Hub waiting for a tap. Unclaimed vouchers can expire.
Account flags: Several accounts from one person, or patterns that look like wash trading, can disqualify a user from the whole program.
Screenshots help if you need support later. Save one of the task page when you accept it and one when it shows complete.
Not registered yet? Make sure the code is in the box, and the 20% Spot fee cut runs from your first trade.
How much does the fee cut matter compared with the bonus?
A welcome task has a ceiling and a deadline. The fee cut has neither, so for anyone who trades for more than a few weeks it tends to be the part that adds up. Some round numbers using the standard Spot rate of 0.100%:
One $1,000 trade: $1.00 in fees normally, $0.80 with the code, so $0.20 saved.
Buying and later selling $1,000: Two fills, $2.00 against $1.60.
$5,000 of Spot volume a month: $5.00 against $4.00, about $12 a year.
$40,000 a month for an active trader: $40 against $32, about $96 a year.
Volume counts on both sides of every round trip, which is why it grows faster than most beginners expect. A person who moves $2,000 in and out of a coin four times a month already has $16,000 of monthly volume.
These figures are fee arithmetic only. They say nothing about whether a trade makes or loses money, and crypto prices can fall a long way.

Will you lose the 20% at a higher volume tier?
Binance charges lower rates at higher volume tiers, and some users worry the code stops mattering there. For most new accounts this question is years away. The first higher tier needs heavy monthly volume plus a BNB balance, and a beginner trading a few thousand dollars a month stays on the regular rate where the 20% applies to every fill.
A related point people miss is that Spot is where THEBESTCODE works. If you plan to trade Futures a lot, a code covering both markets fits better, and our Binance coupon code facts for Spot fees compares how the Spot-only option stacks up.
Quick fixes when something looks wrong
Code missing after registration: Can't be added later. Decide whether to keep the account as it is.
Code rejected on the form: Retype it in capitals with no spaces, or reload the page from the link.
No bonus visible: Finish identity verification, then open the Rewards Hub.
Task done but no reward: Check net deposit, the type of volume, the time window and the payout date.
Reward gone: Look for an unclaimed or expired voucher in the Rewards Hub history.
Fees seem high: Check whether you traded Spot or another product, and compare with the official fee table.
Is it safe and what about an existing account?
Three objections come up every time, so here they are head on.
"I already have an account": Then the code can't help that account. It applies only to a new registration, and Binance allows one verified account per person.
"Is entering a code safe?": The code is just a label on your sign-up. It doesn't give anyone access to your account, your balance or your trades. Register only on the official Binance website or app, and never share your password or verification numbers with anyone.
"Can I add it later?": No. That is why it is worth checking the box before pressing Register.
Signing up takes a few minutes. Use the link at the top of this page, keep THEBESTCODE in the code box for 20% off Spot fees, then complete verification so the welcome tasks can show up. You can also check the active Binance bonus event for the current campaign terms before your first deposit.
FAQ
Does the Binance bonus arrive as cash?
Usually not. Welcome rewards tend to arrive as vouchers in the Rewards Hub, which you claim and use under their own terms and expiry dates.
Does THEBESTCODE raise the welcome bonus?
No. The bonus of up to $19,800 for eligible users is the same with any code. What THEBESTCODE adds is the flat 20% off Spot fees.
How long do I have to finish the welcome tasks?
Each task shows its own limit in days. It varies by task and campaign, so read it before depositing.
Do Futures trades count toward Spot tasks?
Normally not. A task counts the product it names. Read the description to see which trades qualify.
What happens if I withdraw during a task?
If the task measures net deposit, a withdrawal can reduce the amount counted and stop the task from completing.
