This wasn't some solo laptop breach → wire transfer. Attackers used a compromised employee device as entry point, then executed a sophisticated multi-stage attack. Core risk controls are now live, investigation ongoing.

No single engineer had "one-click transfer" access. This was a complex exploit chain, NOT an inside job or permission abuse. No individual is being blamed - company takes full responsibility.
