TAO Stabilizes Near 237 After a Sharp Drop to 220: Waiting for Buyers to Take Control
Bittensor is trading at $237.0, up about 1.02% on the day, and the 4H chart shows a market that has gone quiet after a heavy selloff.
After peaking near $262.4, TAO broke down with a large red candle that sent price to $220.2. The long lower wick shows buyers stepped in aggressively at the bottom, and the volume spike on the drop looks like a flush rather than a slow bleed. Since then, price has recovered part of the move and settled into a tight range.
The 24h high and low sit at $239.9 and $234.1, candles are small, and volume has faded noticeably. Price is sitting right on the MA(7) at 237.0, which tells me the market is balanced for now and waiting for direction.
What I’m watching:
MA(7) at ~237.0: Price is trading exactly on it. Holding above this level is the first thing bulls need.
MA(25) at ~244.8 and MA(99) at ~258.9: Both are sloping down and sit above price. They are the next resistance zones if a bounce develops.
Support at ~234.1 and ~220.2: The first is the 24h low and the second is the wick low. Losing 220 would weaken the setup significantly.
Resistance at ~239.9 and ~244.8: A break above the 24h high would be the first sign of strength, with the MA(25) as the bigger test.
My take: TAO is stabilizing, but this is not a confirmed reversal. The trend is still pointing down until price reclaims the falling moving averages, and the flat, low-volume action suggests the market is waiting for a trigger. I would rather wait for a decisive move than guess the next direction.
