NYSE-parent ICE just teamed up with Trade[XYZ] to bring Hyperliquid-based perpetual futures onshore in the U.S. — a regulated retail perps push still pending approvals, with $HYPE in the spotlight.

On October 29, 2026, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), owner of the New York Stock Exchange, and Trade[XYZ] said they will seek a dedicated U.S. market and clearing structure for perpetual futures built on Hyperliquid. ICE becomes the exclusive operator of Trade[XYZ]'s regulated markets and is making a strategic investment in the firm (terms undisclosed). The planned venue targets retail traders who want around-the-clock exposure across crypto, equities, indices, commodities and FX through brokers, kept separate from ICE's institutional futures franchise.

Trade[XYZ] says its Hyperliquid markets have topped about $650 billion in volume in just over a year and will keep running alongside any U.S. venue. Timing and eligibility are not out yet; CFTC and related approvals are still required before KYC/AML-compliant leveraged trading can go live.
