A token trading at a fraction of a dollar is not automatically cheap.
Start with circulating supply, total supply and the future release schedule. A small circulating float can leave substantial supply waiting to enter the market.
Then ask who receives the next unlock, how large it is relative to circulating supply, and whether recipients are likely to sell.
An unlock does not guarantee a price drop. Demand, market liquidity, hedging and expectations can change the outcome.
