In Ukraine, the number of individuals with mobilization deferrals or enterprise reservations significantly exceeds the number of people currently serving in the military, according to Koretsky.

Changes to the reservation system are expected to be finalized this week to make the process fairer. Tens of thousands of people are granted military reservations every month. Koretsky noted that if this current pace continues, nearly everyone could end up receiving a reservation soon.
