🚨 PULSEVM MIGRATION REHEARSAL JUST HIT

Metal Blockchain GitHub dropped something real — $XPR → A-Chain migration test passed on EC2 infrastructure.

What actually happened (16 Oct):
✅ 3-node $XPR testnet halted clean
✅ 5-node PulseVM network restored full state
✅ Block continuity verified (310→311)
✅ All account states matched
✅ 10 boundary transactions — zero loss, zero duplication
✅ Resilience test passed with 4/5 nodes live
✅ 2/3 weighted validator quorum working

Passed twice. Draft PR #129 live on GitHub.

Why this matters:
This isn't just data import. This is a controlled handover with transaction continuity, state preservation, and validator resilience in a test environment. Real technical validation for moving $XPR infrastructure onto A-Chain.

What's NOT done:
• Real validator halt procedure
• Governance implementation
• Exchange/gateway transitions
• Blockchain history service migration

This is still draft. Not mainnet. Not independently audited.

$METAL angle:
Strong infrastructure flex. Zero proven impact on $METAL fees, token demand, or institutional revenue yet.

Bottom line:
PulseVM went from "we can read $XPR data" to "we can execute a live handover." Infrastructure is real. Production is next. Adoption determines value.
