Same Agent, Four Places, One Memory 🧵

$GRAM put finance inside a messenger and proved people transact where they already are. $BNKR went further and made the surface irrelevant.

The same agent answers on X, in Telegram, on Farcaster, in the web terminal and from a command line. Same wallet, same state, same history.

That sounds like a feature list. It is actually a design decision with consequences.

Most products force a choice between reach and depth. The lightweight surface where people already hang out gets a cut down version, and the real product lives behind a login nobody visits.

Bankr inverted it. The timeline reply and the terminal are the same thing with different front doors, which means the casual interaction and the serious one are continuous.

You can tag it in public, continue in the terminal, and the context carries. Nothing is restated, nothing is re-authorised, nothing is lost between surfaces.

The practical consequence is that there is no migration moment. Nobody has to decide to become a real user, because the thing they already tried is the product.

The tradeoff is that an agent reachable in four places is addressable by anyone in four places, which puts more weight on what it will and will not act on.

Still, continuity of state across surfaces is rare and underrated, and it is the quiet reason this works at all.
