$INV shareholder Jocey Reyes published an open letter to Innventure CEO Mike Otworth, accusing him of blocking capital raises and rejecting shareholder-friendly solutions to the WTI warrant repricing issue.

Reyes claims the stock could be trading at $3 instead of $0.30 if management had acted on proposed fixes over the past 8 weeks. She alleges Otworth has prevented Accelsius (an Innventure portfolio company) from raising capital for three months, which could have been used to pay off the WTI loan without warrant repricing.

Reyes suggests Innventure should sell Accelsius shares, cut overhead, and shut down AeroFlex and Refinity. She warns that potential investors are now reluctant to participate unless Otworth relinquishes control, and describes current fundraising prospects as bleak amid the broader AI sector pullback.
