SBI Securities just had a catastrophic system glitch that wiped out users' FX positions.

What happened:
• Stock collateral valuations suddenly dropped to ¥0
• Margin ratios collapsed → forced liquidations triggered
• Timing: Right after Okasan Online Securities migration maintenance
• SBI acknowledged the bug, restored collateral values
• Affected positions to be restored Oct 13 (with conditions)

This wasn't a market crash. This was pure system failure causing forced liquidations.

No word yet on:
• Direct link to migration work
• Full compensation terms
