Bitcoin ETFs finally saw inflows again. But look at the bigger picture. š
Friday brought $21.1 million into U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs.
Sounds encouraging, right?
Here's what caught my attention.
Just two days earlier, Wednesday and Thursday recorded approximately $729 million in combined outflows.
Even after Friday's improvement, the weekly balance remained negative by nearly $679 million.
And here's another detail: BlackRock's IBIT accounted for $22.4 million of Friday's inflows, while some other funds recorded withdrawals.
One positive day doesn't automatically mean institutional demand has recovered.
That's why I prefer looking at three things together:
⢠Daily ETF flows
⢠Weekly net flows
⢠Bitcoin's price structure
A single green number tells part of the story. The trend provides context.
What would convince you more that confidence is returning: several consecutive ETF inflow days or a stronger Bitcoin price recovery?
