About 100 bitcoin mined in July 2010 just moved for the first time in more than 16 years.
Per CoinDesk, the coins came from two early mining rewards and were worth roughly $6 when they landed. At today's prices they are worth about $8.5 million. Galaxy Research flagged the transaction, which split them into 10 $BTC and about 90 BTC, both still unspent.
My view: old coins moving always sparks Satoshi talk, but nothing links these to Satoshi. Most likely it is an early miner doing estate or security housekeeping.
