Wall Street's largest banks are expected to report nearly $19 billion in combined third-quarter stock trading revenue when they release earnings next week. According to Odaily, analysts said the results are coming as capital markets activity cools and performance gaps among banks become more visible.
Goldman Sachs, which is scheduled to report on Tuesday, is expected to lead the major banks with $5.1 billion in third-quarter stock trading revenue. Morgan Stanley is projected to follow with $4.9 billion, JPMorgan Chase with $4.5 billion, and Bank of America’s stock trading unit with $2.6 billion.
