Google launched Playground on Wednesday, an experimental web platform that creates playable games from plain-language descriptions without requiring coding. Playground is available to U.S. users aged 18 and older, with tiered creation access rolling out based on Google AI subscriptions. Google says users can refine games through conversation and share games through links. Google and Unity say Unity Spark, which offers professional-level mechanics and high-fidelity 3D graphics, will integrate with Playground later this year. Google's announcement did not include prices or identify the AI models powering Playground.
