$XRP holders may be about to get something the community has wanted for years:

A much bigger bridge between XRP and traditional Wall Street investors.

Armada II shareholders have approved their business combination with Evernorth, and the transaction is expected to close on October 7.

If everything completes as planned, Evernorth shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker:

XRPN

on October 8

But here is the number that makes this story interesting:

473 MILLION XRP

At closing, Evernorth expects to hold approximately 473 million XRP, which would make it the largest publicly traded pure-play XRP treasury company.

That means traditional investors may soon be able to gain exposure to a company whose strategy is heavily tied to XRP without buying XRP directly on a crypto exchange.

Sound familiar?

Bitcoin experienced a similar institutional narrative through public companies holding massive BTC treasuries.

Now XRP may be developing its own version.

Why this matters

Traditional investors often prefer:

🏦 Regulated brokerage accounts
📊 Public company disclosures
🇺🇸 Nasdaq-listed securities
💼 Familiar investment structures

Evernorth could provide that bridge.

The company also has investors connected to major crypto names including Ripple, Pantera Capital, Kraken, SBI Group and GSR.

But there is one thing XRP holders should remember.

Buying XRPN will not be the same thing as buying XRP.

The stock can trade above or below the value of its crypto holdings.

Company expenses, management decisions and stock-market speculation can all affect its price.

Still, the narrative is powerful

ETF exposure.

Institutional adoption.

Treasury companies.

Nasdaq.

Those words are appearing around XRP much more often than they did a few years ago.

And that may be exactly why this story deserves attention.
