Chainlink has unveiled a new solution built for tokenized equities and corporate actions.
For the 2026 Swift Hackathon, Chainlink demonstrated how a cash dividend could be automated across four different blockchains — from the corporate-action message all the way to payment and reconciliation.
The system uses Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) together with CCIP, Data Feeds and compliance infrastructure, while using ISO 20022 messaging.
And this comes just days after Chainlink launched CCIP 2.0, adding optional Cross-Chain Verifiers, customizable confirmation settings, modular fees and built-in compliance capabilities.
This is a very different Chainlink story from simply providing crypto price feeds.
The focus is increasingly on connecting traditional financial infrastructure with onchain markets.
