In 2021, TRON announced its transition toward a decentralized autonomous organization structure.
Organizational structures are often discussed in technical or business language, but I think they also raise an interesting human question.
How should responsibility be distributed when a group of people shares a common goal?
In a traditional organization, authority may be concentrated in defined leadership positions.
In decentralized systems, decision-making can involve different mechanisms and broader participation.
Neither structure removes the need for coordination.
People still need information.
They still need to understand the consequences of their choices.
And they still need ways to resolve disagreements.
This is relevant even outside blockchain.
Any group that wants to work together needs a balance between individual freedom and shared responsibility.
The transition associated with @justinsuntron reminds me that decentralization is not simply about removing a central authority.
It also requires people to think carefully about participation, accountability, and the systems that support collective decisions.
Technology can change the structure of an organization.
But the quality of cooperation still depends heavily on human behavior.
