BINANCE JUST CHANGED HOW YOUR CRYPTO IS STORED
Starting September 29, Binance is migrating non-stock crypto assets from the Funding Account โ Spot Account.
Hereโs what users should know:
๐น Crypto assets will move 1:1 โ Binance says your total asset value will not change.
๐น A One-Click Migration option is available for users who want to move supported assets proactively.
๐น Crypto deposits and withdrawals will be handled through the Spot Account.
๐น The Funding Account will eventually become the Stocks Account in January 2027.
๐น $BNB is one of the six settlement assets that can remain in the future Stocks Account.
This is an account-structure change, not a crypto trading shutdown.
If you use Binance regularly, check your Funding Account and make sure your app is updated.
