$2.4B entered Bitcoin ETFs last week, but the most interesting number might be what happened before it.

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded roughly $2.39B in net inflows from Sept. 21–25, their strongest week since October 2025. More importantly, that surge was enough to push cumulative 2026 ETF flows back into positive territory after they had fallen roughly $5.5B–$5.8B into the red earlier this year.

That is a significant reversal in capital flows.

But there’s another detail worth watching: demand slowed throughout the week. Daily inflows went from roughly $999M on Monday to $134.5M on Friday, even though every session remained positive.

So for me, the next $BTC signal isn't simply another billion-dollar headline.

It’s whether these products can keep attracting capital consistently when Bitcoin is pulling back rather than only when price is accelerating.

If ETF demand remains persistent through volatility, that would tell us much more about institutional appetite than one record week.

Was last week the beginning of sustained accumulation, or simply one unusually strong burst of demand?
