$NEAR momentum is real but $5.50 is the gate
#Near is trading around $5.41 (+11.99%), with $866.84M USDT in 24h volume. The move has strong participation, and recent market data also shows NEAR pushing into the $5.49–$5.50 area.
I’m watching this one differently from a simple breakout chase. $5.499–$5.604 is the key resistance zone from your chart.
My long setup:
Entry: $5.25–$5.40 on pullback/retest
SL: $5.05
TP1: $5.50
TP2: $5.60
TP3: $5.85
If NEAR gets a clean 15m/1h close above $5.50 and holds the breakout, momentum can continue. But if buyers fail there and price loses $5.25, I’d rather wait than chase.
The broader move has been very strong: historical data shows NEAR climbing from around $3.15 on Sept. 17 to above $5.20 by Sept. 27, so volatility is clearly elevated.
My view: bullish while support holds, but this is not a place to FOMO. Let the retest do the work.
