🌐 BITTORRENT CLIENT MATRIX: SCALE ACROSS DIFFERENT USER HABITS

The shared weekly snapshot shows activity across BitTorrent’s desktop, web, and mobile clients:

ā–Ŗļø Gross reach: 41.03 million.

ā–Ŗļø Average daily active users: 8.60 million.

ā–Ŗļø uTorrent Desktop: 4.38 million daily actives.

ā–Ŗļø BitTorrent Web: 24.9% stickiness.

ā–Ŗļø uTorrent Android: 6.02 million reach.

My view: the useful story is how different clients serve different patterns of use. Desktop leads the reported daily activity, while Android contributes a substantial mobile footprint. The web stickiness figure adds another perspective on engagement.

These metrics answer different questions. Reach describes audience exposure under the report’s definition, daily activity measures frequency of use, and stickiness requires its stated calculation to be interpreted precisely.

The client figures should not be added together as a unique audience without accounting for overlap.

For BitTorrent, the opportunity is to keep improving the experience across the environments people choose. A broad distribution base becomes more valuable when users consistently find a reason to return.

Tracking comparable weekly snapshots would help reveal which client experiences sustain that participation over time.
