Most writing about volume bots is either marketing or warnings. Very little of it looks at what token teams actually buy. Boost Legends, a Telegram-based Solana volume bot (solanavolumebot.com, @boostlegends_bot), shared anonymized order data from more than 5,000 campaigns run for over 1,000 token projects between February 2025 and September 2026. Here is what it shows.

What teams buy

Plain volume campaigns are the largest category, but more than half of orders are for something else: Pump.fun bumps (small repeated buys that keep a bonding-curve token near the top of the Pump.fun feed), rank boosts that add transactions and unique buyers, organic-maker campaigns and DexScreener reactions.

Bar chart of order share by service: volume 44.1%, Pump.fun bumps 21.9%, rank boosts 18.7%, organic maker 6.7%, reactions 6.3%

The mix reflects how screeners rank tokens. Volume on its own isn't enough, so teams increasingly buy transaction count and unique makers as separate products.

How long campaigns run

The clearest finding is how short most campaigns are. 43.5% ran for an hour or less, and another 24.8% ran for two to six hours. Only 11.7% lasted more than a day.

Pacing points the same way: 63% of orders chose the two fastest speed settings. Teams want visible activity immediately, usually timed to a launch or an announcement.

How big the campaigns are

Most orders are small. The 50K volume package accounts for 42.5% of orders and the 100K package for 28.6%. The 200K package, the next step up, is 9.6%.

When teams launch

Orders peak between 17:00 and 21:00 UTC, which overlaps the US afternoon and the European evening, the busiest stretch for Solana memecoin trading. By day of the week, Monday and Friday are busiest. Those are also the most competitive times to be on a trending list.

Teams come back

51% of customers ordered more than once, and the median customer placed two orders. Most teams test with a small campaign and then return for a launch or a relaunch.

Short bursts vs sustained activity.

The mismatch

The data shows a gap between what teams buy and how visibility works. Screeners rank tokens on activity relative to everything else trading at the same time, over windows of 1, 6 and 24 hours. A 30-minute burst at peak hours competes with the most tokens for the shortest time.

The campaigns that tend to hold a trending spot run longer and at a steadier pace, and are paired with a real community push. The data suggests most teams would get more from spreading the same budget over more hours, and from launching outside the 17:00 to 21:00 UTC peak, when the bar is lower.

Methodology

Figures are shares of orders placed through Boost Legends' Telegram bots from February 2025 to September 2026, covering more than 5,000 campaigns for more than 1,000 projects. Data was aggregated and anonymized; no project, wallet or revenue information is included. Times were converted to UTC.
