I've been a regular Binance user for over 4 years. Throughout this time, I've actively participated in various platform activities and events, building a long-standing relationship with the exchange.

Recently, however, my account was marked as "Not Eligible" for rewards — without a clear explanation of what triggered this change. As someone who has used Binance consistently for years, this came as a surprise.

I submitted an appeal on 07-09-2026, but Binance support informed me that filing more appeals wouldn't help, and that the "team would handle it automatically." I was simply told to wait. It's been a long time since then, and my account status remains unchanged — still marked "Not Eligible."

As a result, I've missed out on rewards from several events that I would otherwise have qualified for as an active, long-term user.

What makes this even more confusing is that, after being marked "Not Eligible," I actually did receive a reward from one specific event — while continuing to miss out on others. This inconsistency raises real questions about how eligibility is being determined, and whether the restriction on my account is even accurate or fully applied.

I'm not asking for special treatment — just a fair review of my account. I'm ready to provide any documentation or proof needed to support my case. I hope Binance takes a closer look and restores eligibility for a genuine, long-term user like myself.

If anyone from the Binance team sees this, I'd appreciate a proper review of my case.
