Well the 60 votes didn't happen today for the clarity act but the bill is not completely dead. Well at least for now it is.
I would say its postpone until further notice. Both the Republicans and Democrats reject each other revised counteroffer. Then the Senate final vote came up short. There was 11 votes short of the bill passing. Most of the Democrats voted now and Most of the Republicans voted yes. That was expected honestly. Bitcoin, crypto and stocks already priced this in before the vote. There was motion to reconsider the bills was filed. So this may not be completely over. $BTC
