Watching people lose money in real-time because they missed critical info months ago never gets easier.

This space moves too fast. Being uninformed = getting rekt.

The common L's:
- Didn't upgrade hacked wallet firmware
- Missed token migration deadlines
- Stayed too long on dying DeFi protocols
- Fell for scam contracts
- Ignored red flags in project leadership

After 9 years educating in crypto, I'm still wrestling with these questions:

How do we actually get alpha to the people who need it?

When do you sound the alarm on a sinking ship?

When is it your job to tell someone to exit?

The audience problem is brutal:
- Retail needs ecosystem updates and insider context
- Newcomers need economics, comp sci, and network fundamentals before they can even play
- Founders need visibility into every corner of their project
- Devs need to track what other teams are shipping

Trying to serve everyone? Nearly impossible.

But watching someone realize they're down bad because they missed something obvious months ago? That pain hits different.

We need better information infrastructure in this industry. The current system is failing too many people.
