I almost pasted my BSC address into the wrong field today.
That is exactly the kind of transfer mistake I hate, because everything can look normal right up to the moment the funds leave.
When bridging DUSK from Dusk Mainnet to BSC, your BSC wallet is not the recipient field.
The recipient is Dusk’s official bridge account.
Your 0x BSC address goes in the Memo.
That changed how I read the screen. The memo is not just a note here. It is the routing instruction that tells the bridge where the BEP20 DUSK should go.
Dusk also warns that a missing or invalid memo may not be processed automatically and can make recovery difficult or even impossible.
So before I send, I do one last manual check:
* official bridge account correct?
* destination address in the memo correct?
Same rule I use in the workshop: check the label before the package leaves, not after.
One small field can decide where the value ends up.
