Been looking more into @TermMax and honestly, the fixed-rate side of DeFi is pretty interesting.
Most of DeFi is built around rates moving all the time, so having a way to lock in a rate can make things a lot easier to plan.
Still early, but I think this is one of those areas worth watching closely.
