NGO Jobs!
--------------------
There is a job crisis among the youth in the country today. They want work or jobs. NGOs are filling some of the
jobs or jobs in the job market. This is good for the country. NGOs also have some bad sides. Their worst side is worker abuse.
Here is how workers abuse:
As a financial institution, they take guardianship grant in a stamp of 300 taka, which is right.
But they deposit blank checks with the workers to put the workers in danger. So that the workers obey their words. If they don't listen to them, they file a case with blank checks.
People cannot come to the office if they don't pay the installment money. They don't care if you don't eat. If there is some shortage of work, there is a scolding. The big guys of the NGO seem so smart, the little guys don't work. They cheat. They are smart only in imagination, but in reality they are horses' eggs.
There is no day or night. Just work 24 hours if you can.
If someone doesn't pay the installment, you will have to pay from your pocket. It seems like the worker is eating the money. If you don't pay, the officials say, resign from your job. Many people do that. Then they harass you with blank checks and false cases.
They won't return the security deposit, but rather harass you.
The government should make arrangements to return the security deposit.
Good, average, poor
