The Trust Layer for AI Agents with @NewtonProtocol

We’re entering the age of agents. Not apps.

The problem? Today’s AI runs on closed servers. You can’t verify what it does, it can’t hold assets, and it can’t transact without a middleman. That’s not the future we want.

This is why I’m watching @NewtonProtocol.

Newton Protocol is building the decentralized infrastructure layer that makes AI agents verifiable, permissionless, and composable.

What does that mean?

1. Verifiable: Every action an agent takes can be proven on-chain. No black boxes.

2. Permissionless: Anyone can build and deploy agents. No gatekeepers.

3. Composable: Agents can work together and plug directly into DeFi, payments, NFTs, and real-world apps.

And powering all of it is $NEWT — the native token of Newton Protocol.

$NEWT is used for staking security, paying for agent execution, governance, and rewarding builders who create useful agents.

Real use cases are already emerging:

- DeFi agents that manage portfolios 24/7 with auditable rules

- Social agents that handle your on-chain identity

- Business agents that automate ops across Web2 + Web3

- Creator agents that mint and sell without platforms taking a cut

We’re shifting from clicking buttons to delegating to AI that works for us. But that only works if we solve trust first.

Newton provides the trust layer. $NEWT provides the economic engine. And together, they make sure the agent economy is owned by the community, not by Big Tech.

The future isn’t just automated. It’s decentralized and verifiable.

Let’s build it together with @NewtonProtocol
