🚨 WARNING: Fake "gurus" and doctored screenshots – Don't fall for scammers! 🚨
Take a look at the attached images. This is a perfect example of how profiles that constantly share fabricated data, unrealistic profits, and fake signals end up – permanently restricted accounts.
But the damage has already been done. While they were posting, many people believed them and lost money.
How to recognize fake "experts" on social media?
🔴 Impossible profits: Screenshots showing 1000% gains in a day or turning a small investment into a fortune overnight. The market isn't a casino, and if something looks too good to be true – it usually is.
🔴 Fake profit generators: There are numerous online tools, websites, and even mobile apps specifically designed to generate fake transaction screenshots, fake portfolio balances, and fake trading profits. These tools allow scammers to create convincing images showing massive gains that never actually happened. A real trade leaves a verifiable blockchain trail – a screenshot doesn't.
🔴 Copy-paste scams: These fake screenshots and trading setups are often recycled across thousands of profiles. You'll see the exact same image, the same chart with the same lines, and the same "entry targets" posted by dozens of different accounts. If the content looks familiar – it's because these scammers are part of networks that mass-produce fake content to lure in victims.
🔴 Unsubstantiated "Short Setups": Like in the example above – they draw a few lines on a chart, list a bunch of targets (TPs) and entry levels. It might look professional, but it's often part of pump and dump schemes or pure guesswork. No one can predict prices with that level of precision.
🔴 Selling smoke: People who actually make money in the market usually stay quiet or share educational content, not a "99% win rate". Scammers have to shout about their profits to attract new victims.
How to protect yourself?
✅ Check account history: Like in the first image – if an account is already "restricted" or is newly created, that's a huge red flag.
✅ Reverse image search: Before trusting a screenshot, try doing a reverse image search. You might find the same image used by dozens of other suspicious accounts.
✅ Don't send money: Never, to anyone. Real signals aren't paid for upfront via private messages.
✅ Do your research: Before copying someone's trade, ask yourself – why would a stranger share gold for free?
✅ Use trusted sources: Your own research (DYOR) is always the safest option.
⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Binance Square has clear Community Management Guidelines. Anyone who violates them – whether by sharing fake profits, misleading information, scamming others, using fake profit generators, or engaging in manipulative behavior – can and will end up the same way: permanently restricted.
If you continue to break the rules, your account will be next.
Don't risk your reputation – or your access – for quick likes and fake fame. These scammers operate in networks with thousands of fake profiles, all pushing the same lies. Don't become part of their statistic.
Binance Square is a great place to learn and exchange opinions, but it's not a place to blindly follow unknown "investors" or to spread misinformation.
If someone promises you quick profits with no risk – run!
Protect your money and stay smart. 💪
