2. Increased Risk: Investing in private sales carries a high risk as these investments are often made based on limited information about the project.

Less public scrutiny, regulatory oversight and uncertainty which can lead to a greater potential for fr@udu|ent or unsuccessful projects.

3. Lack of Liquidity: Tokens acquired through private sales may have zero or limited liquidity.

Until the project's token is listed on exchanges or becomes tradable, your money is on indefinite imprisonment.

4. Unequal Information Distribution: Private sales can create information asymmetry, where early investors have access to more detailed information about the project than the general public.

5. Emotions due to Vesting: Most projects on private sale has their vesting period.
