Scroll, recognized as an open-source zkEVM-based zkRollup akin to Ethereum, is set to unite forces with Chainlink Labs. This collaboration is designed to provide Scroll’s burgeoning developer community with the unparalleled capabilities of Chainlink’s Web3 services. This synergy comes as Scroll becomes a part of the Chainlink SCALE program, which focuses on promoting the uptake of Scroll’s zkEVM scaling solution, an alternative designed for Ethereum.
Empowering Developers with Advanced Web3 Services
The primary mission behind this joint venture is to expedite the growth of the Scroll ecosystem and ensure its sustained adoption in the crypto community. Scroll’s developer community will be the key beneficiaries, gaining access to Chainlink’s robust Web3 services, known for their reliability and affordability.
Additionally, to bolster this partnership, Scroll has generously committed to shouldering specific operational expenses of Chainlink oracle nodes. This move guarantees the steady flow of diverse Data Feeds and other pivotal oracle services to the network.
