Binance and JazzCash Sign MoU to Advance Virtual Assets Adoption in Pakistan

Binance — the world’s largest blockchain ecosystem and crypto exchange — and Pakistan’s leading digital payments platform JazzCash have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore collaboration aimed at supporting the responsible growth of virtual assets in the region.

The exploratory agreement comes as Pakistan’s regulatory framework evolves with the Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (PVARA) being established to oversee digital asset activities.

Under the MoU, the two firms will explore education, awareness campaigns, and the potential development of virtual asset solutions that align with evolving regulations and market needs, with a focus on compliance, transparency, and financial inclusion.

Binance’s Chief Marketing Officer emphasized the partnership as part of expanding secure blockchain access in Pakistan while JazzCash’s CEO highlighted its role in supporting innovation and responsible engagement with global digital-asset trends.
