How to Reactivate My Account Withdrawal Function If Other People Appeared in My Face Verification Video

Your account withdrawal function will be suspended if you fail to pass the face verification. For example, there were other people captured during the face verification process. To reactivate your account withdrawal function, you need to submit a video with all the people that appeared in the face verification to the Customer Service team to verify your request.

The people who happened to be captured in your Binance Account could be your family members, partners, relatives, or close friends. However, due to security reasons, we're unable to reveal any photos or information that can identify a person.

What should I include in the video?

1. Sit in front of the camera with all the people that appeared in your face verification video. Everyone needs to show their faces clearly and hold up their ID documents;

• If you cannot speak English, please ensure that the written statement you are holding is in English, and explain the content in your respective language.
• If the related persons cannot record a video together in the same place, you can record a video with them via a video call. Please ensure that everyone appears on the same screen at the same time.

2. Everyone speaks a statement into the camera. You can follow the below samples:

Binance account holder:

"Today is DD-MM-YYYY, I'm applying to withdraw XXXX (e.g., 100 USDT) from my account. I authorize this withdrawal request. I am contacting Binance customer service to enable the withdrawal function of my Binance account XXXXX@XXXXX.com."

Others:

"Today is DD-MM-YYYY, I'm assisting XXX to re-enable the withdrawal function for the Binance account XXXXX@XXXXX.com."

If you’re contacting us to enable other account functions, such as buying NFTs or publishing P2P ads, please use the following example statement in your video:

"Today is DD-MM-YYYY, I'm applying to XXXXX (e.g. buy NFTs, publish P2P ads) from my account. I authorize this request, and I am contacting Binance customer service to enable the XXXXX (e.g. buy NFTs, publish P2P ads) function of my Binance account XXXXX@XXXXX.com."

3. Submit the video with pictures of you and the other people’s ID card/driver’s license/passport shown in the video. Please do not put watermarks on your videos and do not edit your videos.

4. Take a selfie alone and submit it to our team.

Please note that you should include:

• Today's date;
• The amount and crypto you wish to withdraw;
• A clear confirmation that you authorize this withdrawal;
• A statement of your purpose;
• Your Binance account email address/phone number.
