You can add Metamask wallet to your computer as a chrome extension. If you are going to use it as a mobile, you can download it to your phone from your mobile store. You can then import your existing wallet or create a new wallet. Save the private keys.

If you are going to do it from a computer, press the circle on the top right of Metamask > Settings > Networks > Add Network to reach the network add page. On mobile, you can follow the same order with 3 lines in the upper left.
