En Binance cada transacción deja un historial verificable
Entra a Billetera
Revisa Historial
Busca la operación y confirma el estado
Si aparece como Completada significa que el sistema procesó el envío correctamente
Si aparece como Procesando o Pendiente puede tardar unos minutos según la red
Si fue una transferencia interna revisa que el ID del usuario o correo estén correctos
Si fue retiro a red externa revisa la red usada por ejemplo ERC20 BEP20 o TRC20 porque si la red no coincide el receptor no lo verá
Nunca repitas el envío sin confirmar primero el estado real de la transacción
Si todo está correcto abre un ticket en Soporte con el número de orden o TXID para que verifiquen
Siempre guarda capturas y comprobantes antes de mover fondos
La clave es revisar historial red y estado antes de asumir pérdida
